BizOHost has been in the web related industry sine 2000.

When this company first started we did not offer web hosting. Our initial plans were to simply focus on the design and maintenance of web sites for customers who already had hosting elsewhere.

While this was a great business we quickly started to notice a trend in problems. For one, jobs were taking a lot longer then they should on average. This was due to server issues a lot of our customers hosts were experiencing such as FTP being down, MySQL not working or maybe the server just had such a high load causing a few simple uploads to take a significant amount of time. Another common issue was the web host not supporting certain features, or the feature not being setup correctly. From a designer or admin perspective this is understandable. However, from a customer point of view they just want their site working.

After dealing with these issues for an extended amount of time we decided that we would not force anyone to use our service, but in addition to simply offering design services we made available web hosting as well. As the phrase goes “If you want something done right, do it yourself.” That’s the motto we go by at BizOHost

While we offer our services to any legitimate web site, BizOHost is geared more towards businesses than fan, personal, blogs or other sites of that nature.

To elaborate, in this day and age the business plan for a lot of hosts is to offer everything for nothing. While this may help to bring in a lot of customers, what you have to look at is the types of customers it brings in and false expectations they are setting in the process. The new standard is to offer to offer “UNLIMITED” resources or a ridiculous figure such as 100TB of bandwidth for maybe $5 per month on a shared server. Yet the same company may sell dedicated servers and only have available an 80GB hard drive and 1TB bandwidth for $200 per month. The reality is the specs offered for $5 don’t exist and your account would be terminated before you got close to using a fraction of what was listed. However, these plans do attract the types of customers that actually should be on dedicated servers and do have very resource intensive sites. This is where even though you site may be within limits, the other users will effect your sites performance.

Rather then trying to lure in customers under false pretenses. Our goal is to offer quality services and stand behind our product. With BizOHost what you see listed is what you get.
